World Book Day – Thursday 3rd March

World Book Day / Spring Drop Everything and Read Thursday  3rd March 2022

We will soon be celebrating WBD with our termly Drop Everything And Read whole school activity.  Students and staff will need to remember to bring something to read to school for the morning of the 3rd March 8.40 – 9.10 a.m.  This can be a newspaper, magazine, comic or book.

Please note sadly due to the pandemic we won’t be dressing up this year.

  • Encourage students to visit the library before 3rd March if they wish to pick up a good library book to read on the day…
  • We are aiming to have a more relaxed “Book Celebration” at the end of the Summer Term when the library hopes to host a murder mystery event (more information to follow at a later date!).
