We are delighted to share that a new cohort of Year 9 students has been selected to join the Teignmouth Scholar pathway. These students have been chosen in recognition of their exemplary attitude to learning throughout their time at Teignmouth Community School so far. Alongside the personal development opportunities already available to all our students, those on the Scholars Programme will follow a bespoke pathway designed to support them in reaching ambitious and aspirational destinations.
Congratulations to all the Year 9 students who have been selected. They will now join the existing cohort in Year 10 as they continue their journey as Teignmouth Scholars. The Year 9 and 10 Teignmouth Scholars attended workshops this week focused on critical thinking and problem solving. Our guests from Next Steps South West commented so positively on the engagement of the groups.
