World Mental Health Day is observed on 10 October every year, with the overall objective of raising awareness of mental health issues.
As part of this day students in Year 12 actively took part in an Anxiety Awareness Session delivered by an external speaker who guided students through a variety of exercises designed to help students cope with anxiety.
The session delivered information on recognising anxiety and how students can support each other as well as offering practical routines students can follow to help prevent and manage anxiety.
