This half term TCS Exeter Road have welcomed a selection of students from each Year group to have breakfast with Mr O’Connell, once a week in his office. These students have been chosen for their impeccable behaviour, their attitude towards school and their ongoing fantastic work ethic and TCS Exeter Road thought it was important to recognise and reward these brilliant young people.
The breakfast is an opportunity for the students to get together, enjoy some delicious pastries and hot drinks and relax during tutor time before their first lesson, and for us to let them and their peers know that their good behaviour hasn’t gone unnoticed. Mr O’Connell has thoroughly enjoyed welcoming these students each week, and getting to know them on a more informal level saying “It’s one of my highlights each week to meet and talk to some of our stars, those students who consistently push themselves and make the right choices!”
We hope that this initiative will inspire our students to continue striving to be the best they can, and we will look forward to recognising a new selection of pupils after the half term holiday.
